I ordered mugs as a gift for my wife and I (we love his and hers mugs), the beautiful mugs were delivered well in time for Christmas, but when I opened the parcel before wrapping, I noticed a small chip in one of the cups and tried contacting the help@ address, I've now tried 4 times and each time received a bounce back response. I also tried contacting the Web chat but no one was available - it was in the evening, so understandable - the chat advised I'd get an update when someone picked up my message, but to date I've received nothing.
The mugs are lovely, but I'm really disappointed in the service from hype in the lack of response.
Please advise .
